I did not set out to build a marketing and recruiting firm. I set out to help people. Turns out those two things are not as different as they sound.

Over the last decade I have sat across from job seekers trying to figure out their next move, worked alongside organizations scrambling to find the right hire, and quietly taken on the digital marketing work that nobody else had time for. At some point I looked up and realized I had been doing this all along. So I made it official.

Salty Career exists because most organizations are good at what they do and overwhelmed by everything else. The brand that is not keeping up. The team that needs one more great person. The leads that go cold because there is no system to catch them. I have been in enough of those rooms to know exactly what it takes to move forward.
